Megan Moss

In 2019 I began my new career as a physical therapist assistant working in acute care. I quickly found that the stress of a new job and working with very ill patients was beginning to have an adverse effect on my anxiety and overall well-being. I turned to yoga as a way to calm my nervous system, but found that it gave me so much more. It helped me develop a new-found confidence in my body's physical capabilities, and also taught me to ride the waves of life when things feel like they're impossible to bear.

In August of 2022 I decided the time was right for me to get my 200 hour YTT, which I received at the Kripalu Center for Wellness in Stockbridge Massachusetts under the skilled guidance of Yoganand Michael Carroll and Monique Schubert.

I am thrilled to share my love of yoga and all it has to offer with the local community.
