Kelsey Fooks

My yoga practice started after a severe shoulder injury in 2013. Looking to heal, I tried a yoga class for the first time and instantly fell in love. The relaxation I felt after class was something I didn’t want to let go of, I wanted to keep that blissful feeling going. I felt like something had clicked for me, I had found my nitch. I had never been an athletic kid growing up, but yoga felt like a good balance of just enough effort to challenge myself and enough ease to be kind to my body. In 2016, I attended Dimitra Yoga’s 200HR Teacher Training program in Lewes, DE and was certified in April 2017. I hope my classes bring to you a sense of calm, a balance of effort and ease and a relaxing savasana. Namaste
